Welcome to the Optimal Integrity website. Here, you will find many ways to seek and find peak existence. Some might consider this website as an information source for personal development, or personal growth, or self-help, but I would prefer the label to be self-mastery.

With the amount of information and knowledge available online and offline now (free or almost free) there are now only 3 real reasons that someone is not able to fulfill their dreams:

1. No Dreams. One doesn't know what their dreams are.
2. Not ready. One has a dream, but something else is lacking, i.e. no plan, no will, no discipline, no motivation, no help, etc.
3. Wrong effort. One is putting their effort into the wrong plan, and trying the wrong thing.

At Optimalintegrity.com, we want to help you overcome all 3 of these pitfalls.

What's the secret to living your ultimate life? The secret is that there is not one supreme secret. Each person and their circumstances are totally unique, and their plan will also be unique. There will sometimes be themes and topics that are similar between people, but there is not just "one way" to seek the equilibrated life. The plan for meaning and success is a nexus that each person must create and constantly adapt as needed or desired.

Our Content

The content of the website is arranged into "Paths", based on the abundance of printed or online resources available for general consumption, with a bias towards free sources:

• Freeways are are well-traveled paths that offer a great deal of resources, the resources just have to be found. Examples: goals, motivation, plans, discipline.
• Roads are paths that have a pretty good amount of resources available. Examples: serenity, desires, inspiration, wheel of life, life maps, star power, faith.
• Trails are not-so-well-traveled paths that have fewer resources out there. Examples: inspirations, environmental design, psyche yourself in.
• Footpaths are basically uncharted travels that, in many cases, can't be resourced and by necessity are unique to each person. Examples: habit audits, efficiency logs, The I, Your Other Mind, The Maximum, Start Where?.
• Skyways are combos of other types of thoroughfares. Examples: What's Improvement?, AM+, PM+, Reverse Booby Trap Challenge, The Third Way.
