noun. the state of being constantly energized and gaining momentum in life by solving problems through error-correction, finding personal flaws and fixing them, finding talents and honing them, finding strengths and growing them, trying new and foreign and challenging activities, and deriving deep meaning from all of these processes of self-improvement.
The core of Optimal Integrity is rapidly comprehending and maximally actualizing as many of your potentials as you can at the same time, as often as you can.
How many of your potentials can you actualize at one time? Can you add to that number? How much productive effort can you put into each potential? How much time until you need rest?
Are you just drifting through life, allowing the waves to take you wherever they will. Or are you happening to life? Are you actively steering the boat and navigating the waves and the winds and the storms?
